Dale Carlson brings over 25 years of financial lending and real estate experience to her role in developing Legacy’s consumer mortgage and home equity business in the Massachusetts, Connecticut and Eastern New York markets.  Prior to joining Legacy in 1998, she served in a similar capacity with Merrimack Mortgage Co. Inc.  Carlson also has several years experience as a realtor in Berkshire County.

Carlson has extensive training in mortgage lending and real estate sales law and procedures.  She serves as vice president of Tri Town Rotary of Lenox, Lee and Stockbridge.  She is an active member of the Berkshire, Lee and Southern Berkshire Chambers of Commerce, The Cranwell Women’s Golf League, and an affiliate member of the Berkshire Board of Realtors.
