Located at the main headquarters in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, the Call Center team consists of knowledgeable, friendly customer service representatives devoted to making banking effortless and efficient, so our customers can “bank smarter and live easier.” The purpose of the Customer Service Call Center is to support our customers by assisting with an array of topics such as confirming account balances, accessing online banking or Legacy Line (Legacy’s automated phone system), quoting current CD rates or providing information about how to open a new account with Legacy Banks. We’re also here to assist customers with recommending the appropriate products and services to meet every individual’s needs and lifestyle. Our goal is to provide immediate resolution to any question or issue you may experience.
