New and Improved BillPay

Everything you need to pay bills is now be just a click away! The new BillPay system is divided into 3 easy-to-find tabs, Pay Bills, History, and Options to allow easy navigation through the site.

Pay Bills Tab

This tab is the first screen you will see after signing into BillPay. You can now schedule and monitor all current and upcoming payments without switching screens. Features include:

• Add a New Payee. With this new user-friendly process, adding a payee has never been easier! Conveniently located on the floating footer bar, in many cases you only need to enter the payee name, ZIP code and account number.

• Make a Payment. The new "Make a Payment" screen allows you to quickly see the status of payments as well as see the last payment date and amount. Plus you now have the ability to easily select the “deliver by date” with a convenient new calendar. Below each payment the amount available in each of the funding accounts will be shown. A floating footer bar has also been added. It shows the amount of all payments scheduled during that session, and allows you to quickly schedule additional payments by clicking the schedule button adjacent to the total.

• Schedule Payments. Conveniently view scheduled payments and the status of the payment on one screen. If an error occurs with a payment, an alert appears in red to ensure you see it. “Deliver by” (date payment received by the payee) and “withdrawal on” (date funds will be removed from your account) date options have been added to ensure the payment will be received by your payee on time. Payments can also be canceled or edited in this section.

• See Messages. The word “messages” will be highlighted at the top right hand corner of the Pay Bills screen with the number of new messages beside it. Quickly contact customer service with questions about a payment or any BillPay topic with just one click.

• View Payment Calendar. The calendar can be easily accessed on the right hand side of the Pay Bills homepage, the new upgraded calendar offers color coding of days to allow you to plan payments more efficiently. Quickly view when payments are scheduled, the number of payments on each day and previous payments. Additionally, days on which payments may not be scheduled, such as weekends and holidays, are now blocked out.

• View Reminders and eBills. This feature is conveniently located on the Pay Bills tab, this option allows you to see past due eBills; skip, edit and cancel recurring payments; quickly set up one-time reminders and create/edit eBill reminders.

History Tab

The new History Tab makes searching for previous payments faster and more convenient than in the past. Ninety days of history will be displayed automatically, and you have the option to enter a date range or a payee for additional filters.

Options Tab

The Options Tab provides access to additional BillPay features. You have the ability to create recurring payments; edit eBill reminders, access transaction reports, and edit email alerts.

Enhanced Security

BillPay is now more secure. The enhanced security features provide you with automatic email alerts when a payee is modified or added to the system. You also have the option of creating additional alerts if you wish.
